IT'S TWINKLING TUESDAY AND I AM CERTIFIED!!!!

Can I get a HUGE WOOHOO??!! As I had said in the title, I am CERTIFIED!!! YAY!! Copic Certified that is!!! I feel like I haven't visited with you all for awhile!!! HOpe you all are well!! I had to get stuff ready for my trip to Maryland, this past weekend. You know, the whole what I need to take and what needs to be ready for everyone, while I am gone?? Yepper!!! It took me a bit! See....this was the first time I have been away, since I had the twins!! YAY me!! Right?? No....but....seriously!! What an AWESOME group of ladies!!! By group I would HAVE to include everyone involved!! From Patti, the WONDERFUL shop owner, to Sally Lynn, our instructor!! All the ladies who make up The Queen's Ink family and all the LOVELY fellow Copic students!! You ALL were PHENOM and I thank you!!! It was FANTASTIC to spend my Sunday with you!!! I will have to elaborate on my class next time though, sorry!!! You know I tend to get a bit carried away!! Haha!! It is late, after all!!! Well...it's late here anyway!!! Well.....I am doing this Monday night, for a change!! Just had to give you a little bit of info, while I was here tonight!!!

Of course tomorrow is Madelynn's Twinkling Tuesday!!! What FUN!!! HUH??!!! This week's challenge is to use a stamp that you have gotten and NEVER inked up!!! You know how we all are!! We just HAD to have it??? And........There it sits!!! In a drawer or on a shelf, but, it is LONELY none the less!!! So.......Bring that poor neglected stamp out!!! Go ahead.....ink it up!!!!

Ok...MY here is my take on this challenge! I used some of the techniques I learned, from the AWESOME Sally Lynn, on Sunday!!! I will continue to practice, but, do hope you like it!! This is also the FIRST card, I have made, using predominantly COPICS!!! The ONLY Prisma marker I used, was for the little doggy!! Alright, I will give you 1....ok maybe 2 ....tips I learned. Make sure to stay tuned for more tidbits too!!! Did you know........that you can use your Copic markers to color ribbon???? Heck yeah!!!! I LOVE it!!! And......did you also know......you can use your SAME Copic to color your brads to match??? Did ya?? Well?? Did ya??? All I can say is.....YES YOU CAN!!! Have at it!! You know me and the whole matchy, matchy thing!!! How psyched was I to learn this?? You can only imagine, right?? Haha!!! Thanks again for stopping by ladies!! Hey there!!! How are you ladies??? I wanted to share My NEW stampset with you!!! I just got the Forest Friends set, from TGF!!!!! OMGosh!!! It is SO SWEET!!! Seriously!!! Ok, short story for you!!!

So..........I went to Acmoore, with my coupon of course!!! I saw these GREAT box card sets!! They were EVEN from My Minds Eye!!!!! I got some paper from them in a swap and loved it!!! In fact, I recently bought a big paper pad of it, in a different color scheme of course!!! Anyway, I thought it would be COOL to layer on the cards, to create something more!!! They came with envy's too!!! AWESOME!!! I sat down with these tonight??? I felt the best stamp, suited for the colors??? My Deer, from the Forest Friends set!!!! And......off I went to color her in!!! After finishing my image and before I added layers & embellishments, I decided to visit my blog friends and DT members!!! They are SO AWESOME, by the way!!! Ok...... I come to my girl, Janna's blog!! The artist undercover??? Guess what she has posted to her blog???????? You guessed it........The SAME SWEET deer!!! Of course hers is AWESOME!!!! She has hand drawn grass and a hand drawn, cut out tree!!! You have to go see it!!! She is going to think I am SO Stalking her!!!! So...you read it here!!! I was already in the planing stages, or even begining stages of MY deer!!! I just think it is SO silly!!! Hope you like both creations!!! It really is a SUPER CUTE set!!! Seriously!!! PRINCESS ANYA & MISS KYAH"S MISS ANYA!!

Hey there ladies!!! How are you?? Since it is Friday night, I just have a QUICK post for you!!! So SORRY! Eric got home early from work and well.......need I say more!!! We really don't see much of each other lately, now that I have gone back to work!! Kyah was SO excited when he came home!!! So...they are parked on the couch watching The Little Mermaid!!! How SWEET!! I gotta tell ya!!! A dad who watches Disney with his daughter!!! Let alone a Disney Princess movie!!! That's MY man!!!
Ok...sorry...I got a little misty there!!! Haha!!! Here is my latest Anya creation. She is a TRUE princess!! This is in honor of the final day for you to get your entries in for their DT call!! So...what are you waiting for!! Alright...that will be the last reminder!!! Anyhoo....This is my Princess and Kyah wanted to share HER entry, in the Kids contest, going on over at Club Anya!!! Oh...one more thing! I used SU CS and layered some Bo Bunny paper, my Sistah Carri had sent me, during our last Bella Sistah round!! What do you think Carri??? I just LOVE that paper!! I used my Prisma and Copic markers, along with my Spica marker!! I used some white organdy ribbon, I picked up at Joann's, and what was left of my K&Co green bling!! I REALLY dug that bling!! I used Stickles on the wand, so it would look different than the Spica glitter. Anyway, I finished this card with my Justrite stamper and Nesties!!! I got my Justrite stamper from my AWESOME friend Cheri!!! Thanks SO much Cheri!! She got it for me, when we exchanged gifts at Christmas time!!! I LOVE to share and so does she!! I think this is the first I have gotten to use it!! HOpe you enjoy! I'm out of here!! ENJOY LIFE!!!

Happy Friday everyone!!! So....what's up for the weekend?? Anything exciting??? As for me, I am going to go and sort Girl Scout cookies today!!! A whole 68 cases worth!!!! Can you believe it?? My girls sold quite a bit for this first round!!! Anyway, the rest of the weekend will probably involve hangin' out at home!!! Hey, speaking of the weekend, that reminds me of a few things!!! There is one piece of exciting news I have to share with you all!! I got an email tonight from Copic!! I was SO shocked!!! It was an application for an upcoming certification class!! I submitted my name about 6 months ago or so!!! I didn't think I would get a chance to go!! Now, just because I got this email, apparently does not mean I am in!!! It's just an opportunity to be included in the class!! It is based on the order the apps are received, I am sure!! So.....wish me luck!! I am SO psyched!!!!

I HAD to make this card for Kyah's friend, who has a birthday coming up!!! Now....it is SO appropriate!!! It's Chef Ian FOR Ian!!! Way cool!!! Imagine that.....IAN!!! SHHHHH mom.....don't tell him!!! You can show him this post....after he gets this in the mail!!! Okay??? Hope he likes it!!!

Hey all, how was your day?? Hope you had a good one!! Man.....did I post and run this morning or what??!! I checked it out, after I got home this afternoon, and realized that I didn't list what I used! AND...the girls names? Were all squished together!! SORRY about that ladies!! How LAME am I?? So....the only thing I think you wouldn't know, is that the DP was from My Minds Eye. Now...just a few things tonight, for I am tired and must get to bed!

And......finally??? I have this SUPER cute card to share!!!! It is Flopsey from MFT stamps! Are you familiar?? I thought you would like to see something DIFFERENT for a change here!! Haha!! I WAS sharing my fettish with you, of TGF!!! So.....thought you might enjoy something NEW!!! Hope you like it!!! I colored this CUTIE in with my Prisma & Copic markers;layered him on My Minds Eye DP and layered that on SU CS. I used some Bella embellies and even finished it off with a MFT sentiment. However, the sentiment is from a seperate set. Hope you have a GREAT night, although I think it is probably considered morning, by now!!! Haha! Anyway, I will see you tomorrow evening!! Can you believe it is Sunday already??? GEEZ!! This weekend flew,didn't it?? So....how are you?? What did you do this weekend?? Me?? I re-arranged my craft area!! Imagine that...me...changing it up...yet AGAIN!!! Haha!! So, anyhow, did you visit The Greeting Farm, like I said ?? Well?? Did ya, did ya?? If you did...then you may have seen the Sketch Challenge, Marie has posted on her blog. Not to mention, ALL the AWESOME cards!! You ladies are SO talented!!! MAN!!!! Did you notice that with that challenge, comes a possible PRIZE?? YEP!!! Gotta LOVE the prizes!!! You should go check it out; it's on THE BLOG. You will find a link to THE BLOG at the top of her home page.

Alright....onto the FUN stuff!!! Although, I do have to tell you a little somethin', somethin' about this card first!! I was at ACM, with my coupon, as always and I stumbled across some super sale ribbon!!! I found THE perfect ribbon for Ian, from TGF!!! I was WAY excited and HAD to get it OF COURSE!!! At first I thought it would go great with the Military Ian, but, when it came out I realized I may not use it. Unfortunately, I have No one to make a card for with it. Now, that isn't to say I won't get it later and make some cards for the Brave men and women, serving our country, that I don't know!!! I would LOVE to do that and I just may. The budget is still a little tight, if you know what I mean.....and I am sure you do! Therefore, I KNEW it would go PERFECTLY with the Skater Ian!!! He is TOTALLY COOL DUDE!!! Haha! So.....here he is!!!! This is the card I entered in The Greeting Farms' sketch challenge. I layered some misc. DP on my Basic Grey CS and added some Bordering Blue. I also used my CB to emboss some SU Old Olive, to add to my background. I colored Ian in with my Prisma and Copic markers; I also added a little Spica to his skateboard, for effect! I finished off my creation with another GinaK sentiment! This one is from the Little Tee's set. I hope you enjoy my card and I am REALLY glad you stopped by!! The card I CASE'd is by the WONDERFULLY talented "The Redhaired Girl"!!! I LOVED her card, so that is the one I chose!!! You can check it.....HERE! I got NEW DP yesterday, at ACM. I couldn't resist the sale; I got a 12x12 paper pad, by My Minds Eye!! The original price was $19.99 and it was on sale for $10.00!!! Good deal,right?? Right!!!! So I just HAD to use it for this card!!! I also used my Copic and Prisma markers; along with a little blending to get the right shade!! I layered my DP onto SU CS,added a little various bling, and finished it off with a Gina K sentiment!!! Although I really LOVED the sentiment The Redhaired Girl used, this was the closest I could get!!! I hope you like it as much as I do!!! Just had to share it with you all!! YOU should try YOUR hand at the contest!!! It was SUPER fun!!!

TWINKLING TUESDAY WITH IAN!!!!

Hey everyone!!! Happy Twinkling Tuesday!!! I don't know if you remember me mentioning a card I had to share with all of you. Do you remember me saying how excited I was to share it?? Well....here it is!!! This is MTTSC10, or rather, my version of it! Madelynn decided to give us a starting point this week and have us add to it, if we wanted to. I was SO excited with how this turned out! I just couldn't contain myself!! I don't know if you have noticed,but, I have really been experimenting with my markers. You know...the whole shading and mixing colors thing?? I have 5 Copic markers, right now, thanks to my AWESOME friend Cheri!! The other markers I have are Prisma Markers. I have been working with several different techniques and trying to mix colors to get the color I want. You can REALLY see that in this card. Well...I guess you have to know, first, that I really didn't have any markers that out and out matched the colors I was using. So..... I mixed!! I LOVE it!! I hope you do too! Although, it does help that it is Ian; I mean, come on .....he is SO cute!!! Why not be creative this week?? Why not play along??? Hello everyone! How are you?? Happy Valentine's Day to you all!! Well...I guess it is NO longer Vday, now is it? It is after 12mid here! Anyway, I hope you all had a FANTASTIC day!!! Mine was interesting....to say the least! My kids acted like it was FULL MOON or something!! Haha!! And...my DH was AWESOME enough to go and get us lunch at Macaroni Grill??? I called the order in and he went to pick it up!! This is what we are reduced to with 3 kids and 2 of them being twins!! Not TOO many people knocking down our door to babysit!! Hehe! So....he goes to pick up our lunch....he's gone FOREVER, at least it seemed. He comes back...we sit down...I take the containers out....guess what??? There is ONE dinner and Fried Mozz!!! Where is my hubby's lunch?? NOT THERE!!! Can you believe it???? I am telling you....ONLY me!!! So...then to top the day off??? He gets called into work!!!!! OK...I give up!!!! Oh well!!! Gotta do what you gotta do! Right??.....Right!!! That's alright....I got to create some WAY COOL cards!!!! I was having fun with these!!! Now.....one of them you will have to wait and see!!!! Alright.....onto my cards!!! Oh..one thing..I forgot to tell you!!!! Have you noticed that my last few posts, had brighter looking pics???? I don't know if you remember me asking about a light??Well....I GOT one!!!! YAY!!! Get this...I took my ACMOORE 50% coupon and bought an Ott Lite at MIKE'S with it!!! Haha!! Mike's only had 40% and ACM had 50%!!! What can I say....I am a bargain SHOPPER!!!! I HAVE to be!! I have been playing with this thing...trying to get better pics and I think I am FINALLY getting it!!!! Let me know what you think and thanks for all of the info, on the lights!!! I am SO psyched!!! Now maybe my pics won't look so amateur!!!

Seiing as I am a LITTLE anal, about matching or even coordinating!! Haha! Since it is from a swap? I don't know what paper it is!!! I only know that it is PERFECT for my Niece!!!! She is a cheerleader and their colors DO include green!!!! YAY!!!! I hope she likes it!!! The second card, I LOVE,LOVE,LOVE!!! I hope you do to!!!! It is IAN!!!! You know.....? From THE GREETING FARM?? He is TOO cute!!! I am really working on the whole paper piecing thing, can you tell??? I actually did it twice here!!!! For his shorts and shirt!!! Gotta love it!!! **This pic was taken a while ago. We had just gotten a second fold up, kids couch. We had one, that was Kyah's, and needed another one. Kyah never really bothered with hers, which was the Winnie The Pooh one. Oh, she sat on it once and awhile, but, nothing like the twins!! We got that second one and it was just hilarious!! The way they would just HANG on their couches was WAY too cute!! Every time you would take them their morning bottle, they would run over to their couches and wait for you to hand it to them. Ok.....on to my card. I NEEDED to make a Bella card, I just haven't for TOO long. So I got out my DCWV paper pad & SU CS, of course, and off I went. I used the NEW Shoe Bag stamp, from Stamping Bella, that I got from Carri. Carri was my last Bella Sistah! Thanks Carri; I finally inked it up!! I inked it up and colored it in with my Prisma Markers. Hope you like it!!! I was going to share one of Kyahs' creations, but, she INSISTED that it wasn't READY yet!! Too funny....who knew??? Have a FANTASTIC evening!! I am off to get some things done! I have to work tomorrow and next week is my first OFFICIAL week, back to FT work!!! Or as close as I can get to it, without paying for OUTRAGEOUS daycare!! Gotta do what you gotta do,right?? Wish me luck gals!! By the way....I am so excited to announce 2 things!!! LAST ONE, I PROMISE!!!!!

OK, I know you are thinking........not again!!!! Doesn't she have ANYTHING else?? Now....hear me out! I had made 2 and I just so happen to work with 3 AWESOME ladies!!! I had NO choice!! I had to make ONE more!! So........here it is!! This is my FIRST card, however, using the copic technique I watched on someone's blog. Now, I only have 3 copics, but, I tried it using my 3 copics.....plus my Prisma markers. I layered the color, using my Skin Tone Copic, on her hair. What do you think?? So.....which card is your FAVE?? Come on, let me know what you think!! Alright, off to bed!! Hope I can sleep!!! I was so excited to finish this card, that I think I stayed up a tad late!!! Hehe!!
