Happy Friday everyone!!! So....what's up for the weekend?? Anything exciting??? As for me, I am going to go and sort Girl Scout cookies today!!! A whole 68 cases worth!!!! Can you believe it?? My girls sold quite a bit for this first round!!! Anyway, the rest of the weekend will probably involve hangin' out at home!!! Hey, speaking of the weekend, that reminds me of a few things!!! There is one piece of exciting news I have to share with you all!! I got an email tonight from Copic!! I was SO shocked!!! It was an application for an upcoming certification class!! I submitted my name about 6 months ago or so!!! I didn't think I would get a chance to go!! Now, just because I got this email, apparently does not mean I am in!!! It's just an opportunity to be included in the class!! It is based on the order the apps are received, I am sure!! So.....wish me luck!! I am SO psyched!!!!
Ok...Check out my creation, would ya!!! I LOVE how this came out!!! HOpe you agree!! I used my NEW Chef Ian set and my Basic Grey Cupcake paper!! What a match...huh? Can you see the paper piecing?? I HAD to make this card for Kyah's friend, who has a birthday coming up!!! Now....it is SO appropriate!!! It's Chef Ian FOR Ian!!! Way cool!!! Imagine that.....IAN!!! SHHHHH mom.....don't tell him!!! You can show him this post....after he gets this in the mail!!! Okay??? Hope he likes it!!!

Hello everyone! How are you?? Happy Valentine's Day to you all!! Well...I guess it is NO longer Vday, now is it? It is after 12mid here! Anyway, I hope you all had a FANTASTIC day!!! Mine was interesting....to say the least! My kids acted like it was FULL MOON or something!! Haha!! And...my DH was AWESOME enough to go and get us lunch at Macaroni Grill??? I called the order in and he went to pick it up!! This is what we are reduced to with 3 kids and 2 of them being twins!! Not TOO many people knocking down our door to babysit!! Hehe! So....he goes to pick up our lunch....he's gone FOREVER, at least it seemed. He comes back...we sit down...I take the containers out....guess what??? There is ONE dinner and Fried Mozz!!! Where is my hubby's lunch?? NOT THERE!!! Can you believe it???? I am telling you....ONLY me!!! So...then to top the day off??? He gets called into work!!!!! OK...I give up!!!! Oh well!!! Gotta do what you gotta do! Right??.....Right!!! That's alright....I got to create some WAY COOL cards!!!! I was having fun with these!!! Now.....one of them you will have to wait and see!!!! Alright.....onto my cards!!! Oh..one thing..I forgot to tell you!!!! Have you noticed that my last few posts, had brighter looking pics???? I don't know if you remember me asking about a light??Well....I GOT one!!!! YAY!!! Get this...I took my ACMOORE 50% coupon and bought an Ott Lite at MIKE'S with it!!! Haha!! Mike's only had 40% and ACM had 50%!!! What can I say....I am a bargain SHOPPER!!!! I HAVE to be!! I have been playing with this thing...trying to get better pics and I think I am FINALLY getting it!!!! Let me know what you think and thanks for all of the info, on the lights!!! I am SO psyched!!! Now maybe my pics won't look so amateur!!!
Now...onto my cards,I promise!!! The first one is a card I made with a kit from the Bella shoebox swap! However...I did add a FEW things!!! Seiing as I am a LITTLE anal, about matching or even coordinating!! Haha! Since it is from a swap? I don't know what paper it is!!! I only know that it is PERFECT for my Niece!!!! She is a cheerleader and their colors DO include green!!!! YAY!!!! I hope she likes it!!! The second card, I LOVE,LOVE,LOVE!!! I hope you do to!!!! It is IAN!!!! You know.....? From THE GREETING FARM?? He is TOO cute!!! I am really working on the whole paper piecing thing, can you tell??? I actually did it twice here!!!! For his shorts and shirt!!! Gotta love it!!! The DP is BG, of course!!! Sorry....I think this is the longest post I have had, in a while!!! Hehe!! At least it's good to know that I am still me!!! A babbling fool!!! Haha!! Onto my card! I layered my SU CS with, OF COURSE, Basic Grey Bittersweet. You know I should have stocked up! Hehe! I am going thru it WAY too fast! Haha! Anyway, I just did layers of these two and used a Stamping Bella image that my friend Sarah sent me, from Canada!! Thanks Sarah!!! YOU ROCK!!! I have been wanting to use this litttle guy for awhile and this challenge seemed PERFECT for it! I followed Madelynn's sketch, although I did add a little to it! I needed a little Bling, you understand! Well, I have to get ready for work! Now that I am a working woman again!! Haha!! Well....I did it part time before, so guess that statement isn't entirely true! Oh, by the way, my friend Jessica....over at The Whimsical Butterfly...is giving away some SWEET blog candy! LAST ONE, I PROMISE!!!!!

OK, I know you are thinking........not again!!!! Doesn't she have ANYTHING else?? Now....hear me out! I had made 2 and I just so happen to work with 3 AWESOME ladies!!! I had NO choice!! I had to make ONE more!! So........here it is!! This is my FIRST card, however, using the copic technique I watched on someone's blog. Now, I only have 3 copics, but, I tried it using my 3 copics.....plus my Prisma markers. I layered the color, using my Skin Tone Copic, on her hair. What do you think?? A TRIP DOWN MUSHROOM LANE!!

Hey there ladies!! How are you this fine evening?? I just got back from the grocery store. YAY! What fun, huh? I have a couple of questions for you tonight and a NEW stamp I have finally inked up! So...first the questions. I have been SO busy sharing, lately, that I am almost out of envies!!! YIKES!! I NEED to find the regular white A2 size, the clear ones, and I think I would like to try some square ones. That being said....do any of you have a GREAT place to get these? I know, I know....I AM a SU demonstrator!!! However, with $6.95 shipping?? I really would like to see what else is out there! Ya know what I mean?? This Chick is a LITTLE thrifty! Let's face it....I have to be....and who doesn't now a days??!! Right?? Ok....next question. Someone had told me, but, I can't remember who it was. I would LOVE to find the Cuttlebug,Snowflake embossing folder. Now, not the one with the circles around them though. Do you know which one I mean? I can't even think what it's called! Oh well, anyhoo....I have looked several places and they are out of stock, of course!! Not that I NEED to buy another thing!! Hehe! Then again ......well....you know! I am sure you are right there with me! Hehe! If you have any ideas for me, that would be great. I just wonder though, how bad do you think shipping would be on that ONE folder?? I really SHOULDN'T buy anything else to go with it. Although, there is something to be said about snowflakes AND snowmen! Haha! I would LOVE any and ALL suggestions!! I just wish I could find these things at ACmoore or Mike's!! NO SHIPPING!!!

Alright, before I bore you ABSOLUTELY to death.....here is my creation to share! I got this Mushroom Lane stamp from CHF, before Christmas. I am just now inking it up!! Imagine that!! I wasn't even sure I had a block big enough! I used my Mello BG paper ,by Basic Grey ,and my SU CS. I also used my Prisma markers and a Unity sentiment. Gotta LOVE the Unity sentiments!! I hope you like it!!

Oh yeah....before you go. I broke down and checked out Paper Planet! Holy Stampers!! Lots of people having fun over there!! While I was there, I joined a few groups! YAY!! I LOVE to share and make new friends!! One of the groups is "Madelyn's Twinkling Tuesdays". I am sure I butchered the name, but, they are such GREAT, TALENTED ladies and welcomed me to their group!!! Happy Sunday everyone! How is your day going?? So, you all know how I have been loving these Digi's, right? Well!! Check it out!! I visited THE GREETING FARM and guess what?? You betcha!! They have some Digi's too!!!! YAY!!! Now, I think someday I will be investing in her other stamps as well, but, for now??? I LOVE this Unicorn!! Marie, over at THE GREETING FARM, is SUPER nice!! I was having some issues with printing the image out and she REALLY was GREAT!!! So, if you want to try some..... go see Marie!! She was SO helpful and quick to get back to me!!! I used my Basic Grey SU CS, along with my Basic Grey BG paper. Hehe! How do you like that? I am a Basic Grey kinda gal! Haha! Anyway, I hope you like it; let me know what you think! 'K?

QUICK UNITY CARD!!!

OK, ladies, this will probably be the shortest post EVAH!! Hehe!! I have to get to bed, but, SO wanted to share this with you!! I just got this new die, from spellbinders and had to make something with it! It is a VERY simple card, but, I LOVE it!! You know??? I think it is the BG paper! Gee.......imagine that?? Me, liking the BG paper?? Haha!! I got this in a BG paper swap I was in!! As I have said before and probably TOO much.......gotta LOVE the BASIC GREY!! Hehe!!
