Happy Tuesday friends!! How are you? We are having an overcast day here today! Although it is a BIT grey? It is on the warmer side!! SO? I'll take it!! Haha!
I have been working on my craft area here lately. Trying to get it BETTER organized? If there is such a thing! In doing this, I created a drawer for images that I have colored already AND those that I have colored along, with coordinated papers already! Normally it is the latter, for if you kow me? You know that I ALWAYS, ok 95% of the time, pick my papers out FIRST before I even start coloring!! Anyhoo, I decided to pull from that drawer today! I wanted to create a little something? AND?.......play with my NEW camera!! Haha!! What a GREAT combonation, huh?
Well, when you have these things in mind, you should have a sketch to go with your creativity!! Right?? Right!! I mean......a sketch is JUST a guide, isn't it?? I perused the internet and here is what I found!! It was DEF fun to play along!! You can CLICK on the sketch to play along too!!

Of course, here is MY take on this CUTE sketch!! WITH my new camera, OUTSIDE!!


I used the SUPER, groovy HIPPIE CHIC set from MARKET STREET STAMPS!! This set is WAY cool and SO versatile!! I combined my image with the MSS sentiment set called, SIMPLE JOYS! I LOVE this set!! My papers are from DCWV and the cardstock is Cocoa from PTI! I used Spellbinders Ovals to cut out my image and a MS grass punch to do my grass. I finished this off with some of my FAVE twine, in cappuccino, from THE TWINERY!! Hope you like and hope to see you tomorrow!! Thanks SO much for stopping by and have an AWESOME night! HEY CHICKIE!!

Well hello there friends!! How are you this FINE evening?? TOO much?? Haha!! What can I say, I am SO excited to share tonight!! Made me a LITTLE silly!! Imagine that!! SO, I don;t know if any of you saw my FB post, about getting PAPER SMOOCHES happy mail?? Well.........that is WHY I am here!! As soon as I got that SUPER ca-ute NEW set?? I got RIGHT to it!!
I had bought something from a girlie on SCS? In the NICE little package was an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of white cardstock, folded in half, in there with it! This cardstock? Boy was it NICE!! It was.....heavy, like I could use it for a card base?? AND? That is exactly what I did!! I am LIKING it!! A LOT!! I contacted the LOVELY lady I got my package from and she told me it was in fact, Papertrey Ink white!! Really?? WOW!! Now, you must understand, I use Georgia Pacific white for my Copic coloring and have NEVER experienced this cardstock before!! I was DEF pleasantly surprised!!! Let me just tell you!!
Ok,ok.....I am getting carried away! Anyhoo.........I LOVE my new Paper Smooches set!! It is called CHUBBY CHUMS?? And.....it is TOO Darn sweet!! I picked out some DSP to go with my set and ended up with the NERDY BIRD collection from Sassafras? Ahhh.......you know me and the whole' "matchy-matchy" thing!! That is why I ALWAYS choose my DSP first, so my colors are JUST right!! Haha!! SICK......right?? After my image was colored? It was off to the internet and DAILY DARE, to find a sketch! Here is what I ended up doing!! let me know what you think!!

Hello my friends!! How are you? How is your week going? Ahhh.......I cannot believe tomorrow is Wednesday, ALREADY!! Thanks for visiting with me tonight! As promised, I have ANOTHER creation for you!! Guess what? In honor of the DT call closing....for the SWEET STAMP SHOP? I thought I would create a SSS creation!! While creating, I checked out the MOJO MONDAY sketch and thought I would give it a try!! SO, here is my take on the sketch with my second SWEET STAMP SHOP set!! A couple days ago I showed you the FURRY FRIENDS one? Well, when I WON that? NICOLE was awesome enough to allow me to order something else and she just sent it along to me in the SAME package!! How COOL is that!! I chose this set, THE CORE OF IT!! Such GREAT customer service, besides the fact she has some SUPER, sweet images!! Alrighty, ONE more little bit of excitement!! The pics are taken with my NEW camera? I am getting used to it!! You just GOTTA love that!! PLUS?? I discovered that my NEW camera has a SUPER macro mode?? LOVE it!! Ok, done babbling!! Haha! UDDERLY AMAZING!!

HAPPY MONDAY friends!! How's it goin'? Some of you may have off today!! ENJOY!! I wanted to come by for a QUICK bit and share a MARKET STREET creation!! I did this a few days ago and shared it over at the Market Street Neighborhood? SO, I thought I should share it here, as well!! If you haven't stopped by the NEIGHBORHOOD, you must!! SO much fun and inspiration going on there!! Just CLICK the words above to take you there!! Alrighty, here is MY creation! A simple Kraft creation, using the FOR ALL IT'S WORTH & BIT OF BURLAP set, along with PUNNYLICIOUS from MY PINK STAMPER. Made with Kraft pre-cut cards and scraps from Michaels, along with SU Real Red CS. Stamped with Memento Lady Bug and Rich Cocoa ink. Finished off with Kaiserkraft pearls and altered Twinery twine. I took some Antique Linen Distress Stain and distressed my Maraschino twine! I LOVE how it came out to match!! I was anxious to use the Punnylicious sentiment, so I added it at the end. I then sprayed the whole thing with some Pearl Ex Biscotti! Hope you like!! See you tomorrow for ANOTHER!! Until then? ENJOY LIFE!!

STAMPIN' SISTERHOOD!

Hey all! How are ya?! I was hanging out over at the STAMPIN' SISTERHOOD blog tonight and shared a NEW creation!! SO, I thought I would stop by and share it HERE too!! Haha! About a week or so ago, I found a pack of PRE-made Kraft cards and envies?? It was a pack of 50 and it was SUPER cheap, on sale of course!! I just HAD to get it, OF course!! After placing it in my cart, I saw that next to it was a pack of Kraft DSP scraps! Woohoo!! SCORE!! Card making does NOT get any easier than this!! Now, the Only thing I was a BIT worried about? The weight of the cards. Would they be........NICE?? OR........would they be.............YUCKY??
Well, they are GREAT!! Not TOO thick and not TOO thin!! AWESOME!! All I had to do was add colored CS, as a mat for my Kraft DSP, a colored image and some embellies? AND? Voila!! LOVE it!! IT'S A NEW YEAR & A FURRY FRIEND.........

Well, hello there friends!! How are you? How were your holidays?? I hope you had a LOT of time to spend with your friends and loved ones!! I am SO sorry I have not been here for a while to share with you!! I have had some health issues that I have been dealing with! Geez, you turn 40? And.........................you just fall apart!! Haha!! Ok, NOT quite and NOT if I can help it!! The Doc still does not know exactly what is wrong with me, imagine that!! I could have told her there is LOTS wrong with me! Haha!! SO, I really have NO explanation yet for the ODD symptoms I have been experiencing?...................BUT, as soon as they figure ME out? I will be sure to let you know!! All that being said? I am just glad to be here and to be back into the stamping thing, FINALLY!! Among other things, of course!! I have LOTS to be thankful for, NO doubt!!

Anyway, enough about me, you did not stop by to read about my woes, did you? No, no, no!! You came by to see some stamping fun, right? Right!!! Do you remember right before the holidays or around them, the SWEET STAMP SHOP had some new stamps they released and had a HOP with some giveaways????? I was one of the LUCKY people to WIN one of their sets!! Woohoo!! How cool, huh? I am SO excited to be coloring again!! It really is therapeutic to me!! A GREAT way to relax!! Ok, ok.......babbling!! Check this out!! My first SWEET STAMP SHOP creation!! This card was made with the FURRY FRIENDS FOREVER set!! I LOVE this set!! For someone who is scissor challenged?
